"Scheduling errors on the offices end with no easy resolution. As a point of reference, the office called us to schedule the appointment. Our child was scheduled to have his appointment weeks in advance and upon getting to the office and waiting 15 minutes we were told the appointment was scheduled too early and wouldn’t be covered by insurance. Our child missed part of school and I had to miss work. The office (Lisa) provided no easy resolution with an appointment. I asked to speak with the Dentist as this is her practice but Lisa informed me she only handles clinical matters. The resolution was to be put on a call lost for cancellations in November. I was then told by Lisa that if this does not work then this practice may not be the best suited for you. There are very few pediatric dentist that work well with children with special needs which makes this so frustrating. The bottom line is the office makes the mistake and the patient suffers!"
