Prior to joining Levine Cancer Institute, Dr. Tan served as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, where she was Director of Phase and Investigational Therapeutics. Her research interests focus on targeted treatments for breast cancer and drug development, and she has been recognized with awards such as the NCI Cancer Clinical Investigator Team Leadership Award. Dr. Tan's extensive experience in early phase clinical trials and breast cancer studies makes her a leading expert in the field.
