"I've been going to Harley for a bit now, and followed him from his last salon. As a fair skinned person who insists on being blonde the tone of my hair is incredibly important. It's what makes me look "fair" and not "pale." Not only does Harley know what he's doing but he gets to know your hair as well. My color and tone holds up wonderfully between appointments and he's the only person around who I trust to cut my hair. Now that I've hit 40 I've had too many "safe" haircuts that make me look older than I am. Harley hears my needs re: length, ease of style, etc. My hair looks great and feels great, despite all the bleach. Go to Hairrakesh and you won't be disappointed!"
