"I have received excellent care at Conway medical center. It is convenient and close to home to have diagnostic testing done, and the staff is professional and caring. However, I am extremely annoyed with the patient account department. They have continually billed the wrong Insurance provider. Every time I have a service I remind them and show them my card. However, the wrong insurance company is billed, which results in me wasting so much time and effort to have this corrected. I sincerely hope the management team reads this and puts into place a practice that will eliminate all these insurance errors."
