"The staff was very friendly and it was a good clean environment! You can tell the owner has a lot of care for the salon. I went for a hair cut and the lady who cut my hair was very gentle with my hair because I have very tangly hair. The salon also has a lot of great products! I was shown a product that helped my hairs moisture a lot. It was a good experience as going to the salon should be!"

"I wanted heavy blonde highlights and I've had 3 people ask me "why didn't you get your highlights done?" I said they are done! Once it dried, you can't see any blonde except a few tiny streaks on the one side, good job on the cut though! When I asked for it to be fixed, I was told I'd have to pay for another session, and I could barely afford the first session! Will have it fixed somewhere else! Be sure when you go, you show a picture of what you want, that's the mistake I made! I MUST NOW SAY: The owner, Michelle called me and has made me very happy! She made me a new appointment to come back in and get more highlights, and she was very polite and understanding! They really aim to please, and I can't wait to do another session with Nikki! She's always done an excellent job with my adult children's hair and we all really like her, so I'm pleased to see that they are going to try and make it right! Bravo!!! Ammendment: Went to the salon on Monday and Nikki fixed my hair for me and I LOVE IT!!!! Great job Nikki, and thank you Michelle, for calling me and making things a little clearer! Nikki does a great job and she aims to please! It was just a miscommunication, but she did what she did so I left happy! I will definitely return and refer my friends and family there!"
