"The food was great the staff was better but we got food poisoning!!! Sick for 3 days with only one toliet in the house!!!"

"By far the best Waffle House and best staff all but one the one pictured here on this review he has the worse customer service. Also all he does is sit around and eat Waffle House profit away. I will never come back here as long as he works here very RACIST and if nothing is done I will go higher and above and boycott this location. Will hate to do that wit the other staff being sooooo awesome please get rid of him he doesn’t fit the brand or culture thanks"

"I had a bad experience a few moments ago a pregnant young lady sent her son to place a order I guess it was a mistake made the mom came in and what a scene I recorded the whole thing Lisa was very vulgar and disrespectful her unprofessional behavior was disgusting she didn’t even respect us as customers! Her colleague name KeLe was very bashful to the customer I’m so tired of the customer profiling get better workers who respect customers!"

"I ate here today 11/13/21 First off I ordered 4 steak sandwiches and I was very specific on which ones had the sautéed onions and which ones didn’t my 5 year old wouldn’t eat and I took his food home and ordered 2 Togo’s cause I didn’t know why my son wouldn’t eat. The onions were raw which is a disappointment but when I got him I noticed in my Togo’s they just threw raw onions on the side of the plate again not cooked it says sautéed period and I just noticed raw onions in my sons after I specifically said no onions no wonder he wouldn’t eat 78 dollars and then 88 after tip I wouldn’t have topped or ordered a Togo to have onions thrown raw on the side To top it all off I ordered biscuits and gray to go and when I got home it was burnt sausage biscuits yuck don’t eat here"
