"I can tell the stylists here work really hard. I can also tell they are good at the technical aspect of their jobs. I'm sure they are mostly quite kind to customers. However, I had a really bad experience at this location, and I want to make sure others are aware of this specific situation. I have keratin hair extensions to mask hair loss from a medical condition. I think "permanent" hair extensions like this aren't terribly uncommon. I had scheduled an appointment at this location because I have a job interview and wanted to look nice. I don't live in the area, so I don't have a traditional salon to book with. I waited quite a long time after arriving but didn't mind - the stylists were working hard! When I finally got into the chair, I was instantly ordered to leave by the stylist. Apparently, Super Cuts will not serve customers with hair extensions. I'm quite self-conscious about my hair loss, and it was humiliating to have all the customers watch me walk out in shame. I didn't even know how to react - I've had my hair styled at numerous salons with no issue. The stylist acted as if it was absurd for me to believe they would do my hair. However, there is no policy that I can find online or at the location that bans clients with hair extensions. If you have hair loss or hair extensions, do not go to this location (Or I guess Super Cuts in general? Despite no clear policy on this matter). They will most likely order you to leave and shame you in front of customers."

"Courteous and helpful. I asked about Keratin treatments, and the stylist was happy to explain what they have and the cost and even showed me the products. (I'm allergic to everything) - all looks great and I can't wait to schedule my treatment!"

"Jerry trimmed my hair and I am very pleased with the results. My hair looks and feels way better. I plan to go back to him in 2 months to get my hair trimmed by him again. You know how it is, -once you find someone who does a good job with your hair, you want to keep going back to the same person. Also, he was very kind and friendly, trimmed my hair exactly how I wanted it to be trimmed, and even recommended an awesome hair product. :)"
