"Eterna Salon is the best of the best. The inviting decor; the friendliness and ambiance of the salon makes for an enjoyable pampering. The Owner, Emily, knows every customer that comes in and greets them with a smile. You feel welcomed and a part of the Eterna family while you are there and after. I would highly recommend any of the stylist at Eterna - they all truly have mastered their art! You won’t be disappointed when you go, I promise! :)"

"I had my eyeliner completed several years ago by Carol when she was at another salon. One eye was noticeably darker than the other. I contacted Carol and she said it was my fault because I slept on that side! Don’t you know, several years later, I received a Groupon gift to get my eyebrows done...with Carol. After much hesitation, I figured that eyebrows had to be much easier than eyeliner, so I went. Boy was I wrong! My eyebrows were completely uneven and did not match at all! And once again, Carol was super unfriendly and acted like I was an inconvenience to her the whole time! And she wanted to charge the full price of another Groupon for a touch up! She is completely unprofessional and a waste of money! Stay away from the Groupons, and spend a little more money the first time to do it right!"

"I had permanent eyeliner (under&over) and eyebrows done by Carol Coppini at a different salon 3 years ago. The eyeliner was okay but the eyebrows couldn't even be seen, the color was not dark enough. I returned to her at Eterna for a re-do of the under-eyeliner last month and ended up with very thin eyeliner on one eye and a thicker line on the other eye. I also had a blob of black TATTOED on the OUTSIDE corner of my eye, looking like a dark smudge of liner. I saw her today to fix these issues but she took absolutely no responsibility for the difference in the lines NOR would she accept responsibility for the black tattoo I now have OUTSIDE the eye area!! She "tried" to fix the blob but could only get a little of the black out. SO THAT IS PERMANENT. AND she charged me $60 for this appointment! I asked her why I should pay for the corrections she had to make because of her work the first time, and she replied "There's no guarantee!" I have to live with this black blob for years; even though she touts her low Groupon prices, it's not worth a mishap because it IS PERMANENT!!! I shudder to think of anyone in a situation more serious than mine! 12/2018: I saw another permanent makeup artist to see what could be done, if anything, and learned that the reason for the black blob on my eye was because Carol tattooed the web part where the upper and lower lid meet in the outside corner. That is a KNOWN“no-no” because it doesn’t take and the ink then bleeds into the skin. She definitely is not a qualified artist to have made this mistake."
