"I went here today for a cool sculpting consultation and was left alone to see before and after photos on an iPad. The pictures were of women in their undergarments organized into albums labeled with their first and last names. Then, I opened an album that had a picture of someone's entire LICENSE with their photos. I left and called back to speak with the manager, Brittany. I specifically mentioned the license multiple times and she insisted that everyone pictured was fully aware of the situation and had signed waivers. After going back and forth about the legality of this and HIPPA violations, I finally told her I didn't believe people understood what they were supposedly signing off on, so I planned to leave this review. Only then did she put me on hold to look into this. She came back and claimed there was only one license from 2018 mistakenly in the albums. I asked her if they would be informing the person that their license and information was available to people for so long like this, she said they would. I am concerned that she insisted multiple times that people had signed off on their license being with their pictures and changed her response on the "signed waivers" after I mentioned I planned to leave reviews. If you have gone here, I would do what you can to make sure that your license wasn't being made available to people along with your sensitive photos. *I gave one star because my consultation with Jenna was fantastic and I would have loved to work with her* Edit: added photos showing what I was given on an iPad, with names since the owner responded saying this didn’t happen. I also found the girls number from the license on google and called her. She never mentioned being an employee to me but did say she did not agree to her photos being shared with her license like they were. Congrats on your business, congrats on your vacation, congrats on your new baby. I don’t care. I care that womens’ privacy was violated and you don’t seem to be concerned."
