My senior shih-tzu always feels better after I take him here, as he has some skin allergy issues, and he has never felt softer or looked cuter. Amber is so sweet and I trust her and her team 100% with my dog, as we have not always had good grooming experiences. They are definitely Bruno approved!"

"I had the best experience today bringing in my girl junebug. I needed to get my dog in last minute for a bath, nail trim, etc. and I called a million places and couldn't get in anywhere until finally I was able to get her in here. They got her in and did such an amazing job with her and made her feel comfortable. she made new friends and looked absolutely beautiful and smelled much better! pricing was great and customer service was fantastic, I will definitely be bringing my junebug on regular basis now!"

"The DOG House is the most terrible experience for grooming l have ever experienced!! Took a beautiful Lhasa Apso puppy to groom and remove some matting. They took it upon their own to completely shave her without a phone call to tell us!!! They do not take phone calls and should be ashamed of themselves. If I had the authority I would shut them down fast!!! They took the easy way out as they said it would take 3 hours and it only took 1 hour so they could race home for the holiday!!! Response to owner's response: You did NOT discuss the plan for grooming at drop off. The owner was busy doing another dog and did not speak to me! I was greeted by two other attendants NOT the owner! There was NOT a discussion at drop off!"
