"Bad experience.I had older deep powder nails on and wanted to get something new, they kept coming and looking at it and saying do I want a new deep powder and I kept saying yes. It was so annoying. I wanted to pay with my card but they said I have to use atm and get the money out. I was charged $2 fee and $3 non atm fee from my bank.."

"I had an appointment with MELINDA and waited 1 hour to be seen. Melinda started my nails then passed me over to an inexperienced nail tech. Melinda came back over to "help" fix the nail the nail tech messed up and had me move seats again. Then she went to do someone's eyelashes and again I was playing musical chairs. As the nail tech was trying to learn how to do the style she called Melinda over several times who at this point was doing someone's lashes that took about 25 minutes and started on a clients nails that just walked through the door and never came back over. As the nail tech is calling her, Melinda is ignoring her but laughing with the client. The nail tech was trying her best to do the style I explained to her I wasn't upset with her because she already explained to me that Melinda gives the new clients to her and lets her struggle. It wasn't a lie because I saw it with my own eyes. I politely packed my things up with no design on my hands and expressed how I felt. Melinda still sitting there just looking at me not saying a word. I went to Art Nails and was seen in less than 5 minutes and out of shop in less than 30 minutes. Melinda is irresponsible, plays too many games and over books herself with no regards for peoples time. Completely unprofessional I will never go back. First and last time! The shop is dingy looking as well. When I get pampered I like to be in a nice establishment and this is not one of them. They have the nail polish sitting on wood that has never been painted. Hopefully the new nail tech will go onto bigger and better things she was the only nice person in there. Even though I wasn't pleased with my nails she was dedicated to figuring how how to do the style while being disrespected, ignored and laughed at by Melinda. That's a winner in my book! Melinda is a loser."

"Update! Still love this place I stopped in super last minute for a removal and Melinda took care of me right away and paid close attention to keeping my nails in good shape and not causing pain. Can't beat the service here. This is the first place that's ever actually given me a manicure that looks exactly like the picture I showed them. Lisa was really nice and friendly and did a great job. This is the place to go if you think a well-executed manicure is more important than fancy decor. Highly recommend."
