"We did not have a good experience with Claire, at all. She spoke about working in a Vet Clinic and having compassion for animals. She took time to cover up and blatantly disregard the truth regarding our 1 year old pup. She said she nicked an old scab, but after speaking with a Medical Professional, it was determined that a chunk of meat was missing and cut clean from my baby’s ear. She was unresponsive and blocked us after being made aware of the situation, in a very polite way. This was very unprofessional, especially after we were very understanding when we picked our fur baby up. We were not seeking compensation but It would have been nice to see her have the decency to apologize for the negligence, even if it was an accident. Please be careful before booking her for your dog’s grooming appointment."

Our Sadie came back with a fresh velvet black coat smelling like Burt’s Bees. Would recommend this any and all in need of dog grooming services. 10/10"
