"I’ve been coming to Brandi for over 3 years now and she never disappoints!!! She’s always so welcoming and kind. Brandi takes her time and always leaves my nails looking perfect! The salon is always so cutely decorated and clean. There’s a cute waiting area with coffee/water and other refreshments while you wait as well. Everyone else is always friendly when I am there too! Brandi is the best! Nail tech to BFF! ❤️"

"I had very little communication with the owner of the salon but Rachael, my hair stylist was quick to assist! Rachael and her other stylist Shannon were awesome! They were so much fun on the morning of the wedding, dancing and laughing with my bridesmaids and I. My hair trial with Rachael went very well and she was quick to accommodate any requests or questions I had! I never doubted her for a minute on the day. Although my hair did fall towards the end of the wedding due to my hair texture and the rain, it was absolutely beautiful for pictures!"

"I had a lash lift and tint here, my first one, a few months ago. She got a bunch of product in my eyes and it burned for the next 24 hours. She seemed annoyed that my eyes were tearing and I was squinting because it hurt. I have since had my lashes done elsewhere, which has compelled me to write a review because my second lash lift was nothing like the one I had here. The lash lift I had here wasn't anything I'd do again. All lash lifts are uncomfortable, but the chemicals should never go into your eyes. I went to Brooks & Harlow and the experience was much, much smoother. Zero chemicals in my eyeballs and the person seemed more experienced. 3 stars because she DID curl my lashes and it did last 6/8 weeks or so, and I loved how it looked."
