"The staff at this particular store have poor sense of judgment and lack basic courtesy. We simply asked for both shoes of the pair for our children to try on. One is 7yo and a toddler who just learned to walk. Despite us narrowing down to 3 or 4 choices the store kept delaying bringing the other shoe of the pair. We kept asking repeatedly to complete the pairs. When we lost patience with the delay they cited the store policy of allowing only one shoe for trying on which in my opinion is absurd in the first place. We understand that the store is in the Bronx and may be experiencing shoppifting issues, we definitely think that they could have identified us as better customers considering we had two small kids. Our shopping would have lasted only 10 minutes but it took us an hour to buy the 3 pairs we bought in the end. The store manager said she needs to be ‘supervising’ us because they were making policy exceptions for us to try on the pairs. They even made extra comments at the time of checkout, which I chose to ignore. Never going to recommend this Snipes or any Snipes store to any of my friends ever."

"Hey all, spent about aprox 1500 bucks in that store , bought 2 adidas shorts and 2 adidas t-shirt for myself among other items for my daughter, my wife. Now…the 2 adidas set, size small (they run big)..we’re the last one both on the manikin perfect condition , and the manager gave me the 15% discount on each set ( because they were the last one on the Manikin . Found a nice yankee shirt and it was the last one on the manikin, size small , I ask if there were any discount on the t-shirt . Immediately they told me with attitude why it should be a discount if the item is not damaged. She went off on “!you are a man don’t argue with me” I wasn’t arguing I was simply asking if there were any discount, turns around , shrugs her shoulder and turned around .. so unprofessional . I will bring my business else where . When I ask her name she didn’t want to tell me anything I ask for a manager , come to find out she was the acting manager of the day. LOL. What a joke . Hey “Snipe” you have a brand to Protect and with this kind of employee. You guys just lost a good customer!! That lady by the door the acting manager of the day, she’s really unprofessional!! This was my experience today, shocked of the situation!!"
