"So incredibly frustrated. When I made my appointment and gave my insurance information this office said I was all set and covered. I specifically asked a head of time to ensure it. Come to find out when I went to the appointment it was out of network. “So did they explain to you on the phone that you’re out of network?” No, they said I was covered. Glad I took time off of work for my appointment just to have to cancel it. Can’t find any good customer service anymore."
