"I made an appointment 6(six) weeks ago for me and my 87 year old mother and received a text confirmation, we got to the Salon about 10 (ten) min early, we were not greeted or asked our names. We sat down and waited and waited and waited, the young lady who was supposed to doour hair was working on someone else, and they were having such a great time laughing, looking at each other cell phones an pictures MEANWHILE we were still waiting, Mom and I waited till 20 (twenty) after 10 (ten) before we got up and walked out. I am so glad the Serenity Hair Studio is doing sooo well in this economy that they can make new claints wait and ignore them. The best part at 11 am I received a "no show" text message really, who do they think they are a NY City Manhatten hair salon and that I was going to pay them a "no show fee". I have a full time job working with disabled children and it can be very stressful at times and all I was looking forward to was having a nice day with my Mom at the salon, we did not get that."
