"This studio doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am unable to post my review unless I give them at least 1 star. Both my boys had appointments today with Kristin and she was a NO SHOW /NO CALL. Granted my one son was scheduled to work but my second son wanted something different than what he originally planned so it would have been well worth her while it's not like she was going to lose any money because this was much bigger than his original idea, they were to get Tom & Jerry tattoos originally. I messaged Kristin and explained the situation to her YESTERDAY, she looked at it yesterday because I received a notification that she saw the message. She did not answer me until TODAY AT 10:39 am and stated unfortunately I don't do that style. Mind you I didn't see this message until 3pm today and responded to her stating we can discuss when we get there see you in a few. If that was her way of cancelling she had my number to personally call me also she could have made suggestions to him on how to change it, I've seen her page and she has a display of photos of much more detailed work from what my son originally wanted. Unless she felt uncomfortable tattooing a cross?!? I would NOT recommend this tattoo studio at all. Beyond disappointed!!!!!"

"Stopped in to consult and make an appointment. I was told he didn't do that kind of work. Asked me to wait someone was coming in that did. As I sat waited they were unprofessional not courteous. The girl came in and played around for a while before speaking to me.we spoke and made an for a month out. When it came time she canceled.. when I tried to reschedule I would have to wait another month . Nope no way. I can wa it for 2 months elsewhere."

"UNPROFESSiONAL and APPARENTLY WILL GHOST YOU! Had Tom start a tattoo I had trouble finding anyone to work on. Overall experience was less than pleasant at best. He lacks common professional courtesy in many aspects of his job. Overall he didn't ask alot of clarifying design choices the day of tattoo, which is when he starts actually looking at your concept. Apparently even after 6 months of waiting to see him. His art skill is better than the average artist but this is grossly overshadowed by his attitude towards the customer and general lack of transparency. After my first 4 hourish session he charged well over what a normal artist would charge I checked with other artist and rip off was used. This is assuming he uses your deposit towards the tattoo, which I never got an opportunity to ask because I was ghosted after he canceled our second session thats right He canceled and gave no further explanation or attempts to reschedule. I tried contacting him once a week ,a week later 3 separate times in everyday he communicates. He never responded or called back and I've literally only been neutral in my interactions with him until now obviously, even when he ridiculed his coworker my first session in a very uncomfortable and misogynistic tone. Even then I stayed silent. So after he continued to ghosted me I felt he more than deserved to be called out on his lack of common professionalism for such a communication heavy job. I normally don't go out of my way to review, but given my experience, if I can deter anyone from seeking him out in the future I'll gladly post my story. I have since found much better and immensely more professional tattoo artist and suggest anyone bringing business to this man do the same."
