"This place is just horrible!!! We left them for another dentist for a reason when my kids were 9. We called 3 months ago and were told they were booking out around 5 months. My wife wanted my kids to go back to this dentist because we relocated. When I called to check their appointment status, I was told there are no notes on the account and they aren't accepting new patients. This isn't the first time they have mismanaged my appointments and are unaware of anything related to dental care. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs."

"Love love love this office, I've been bringing my kid here for some time now and always had the best experience. Front desk is very put together. The hygiene team very efficient and organized, Clean friendly office, Dr.Shea is very friendly and welcoming every time she comes in to do the exam. "I will be writing my full review later when I have time but this office is horrible. Hygiene is horrible. Etiquette is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Sue in billing, the absolute worst. I WILL be going into further detail later including pictures… in the meantime if you are looking for a pediatric dentist, keep looking. I’ve already started filing a formal complaint with the state about this. I will be filing every complaint possible with the state, BBB anything else that is applicable. You’ve been warned. "I don't recommend Judith Shea's dentist. My 7yr old daughter had a tooth extraction and a filling done. My daughter said Dr. Judith Shea put the needle in her mouth (which My daughter let out a scream because it hurt her). Dr. Judith Shea yelled at my daughter to "stop screaming now" then Dr. Shea covered my daughter's mouth to force her to stop screaming. I reported this to my insurance company and others because this type of behavior from any "professional" is unacceptable. I got a letter today saying "they are no longer able to treat my children because they haven't been able to establish the trust and commitment from me". Good thing I already have a dentist setup for my children (as I wasn't taking them back to her anyways!!!). And trust, let's talk about trust Dr. Judith Shea, I trusted YOU with my children and you PUT YOUR HAND OVER MY DAUGHTERS MOUTH!!!! Only go here if you want your babies bribed by a token to get a toy and a chance of them being mistreated!!!"
