"My daughter got a manicure and pedicure while I just did a polish so my nails would look decent for a job interview. The NEXT DAY. Y daughter’s polish was coming off as a whole. Peeled right off. We both washed our hands like normal and didn’t really do anything different. When she took a shower 2 days later all of her toe nail polish came off. My chipped after day 5. Not going back."

"Worse nail salon I’ve ever been to, i asked for acrylic and she gave me dip and she didn’t even shape them they were jagged and uneven. She rushed my nails because people were waiting for a pedicure. I would never go there again i wish i look a picture of them but i ripped them off the next day."

"where do i even start. how about the massage, very painful. couldn’t understand anything they were saying. got burnt multiple time by the electric sander and the hot towels. laughed at my feet? completely overcharged hundreds of dollars for 2 manis and 2 pedis. my nails are deformed and both hands have completely different shaped nails and the thickness is ridiculous on my right hand. don’t have professional brushes to brush off powder. had a cut on my foot and they put some sort of lotion on it and for a whole 5 minutes that cut was burning. was completely rushed and while the man was doing my nails 5 other nail techs surrounded me as he did my nails all staring at me and my hands, felt very uncomfortable. they walked off with my phone for like a good 2 minutes and didn’t know where they went with my phone. charged 15 dollars for what i thought was a complimentary massage, my mother is in pain and had a lot of discomfort in her back. both me and my mothers nails were not made properly. some of my nails weren’t shaped correctly and don’t have points on the ends. they charge extra for shaping and i didn’t even get a chance to browse colors they just immediately rushed me to a seat without even discussing what i wanted. nowhere to show prices and charged for services without knowing about it. poor job on the nails and poor communication and the employees there don’t have the proper training to do nails correctly. i could do better then this. would get better results from at 10$ press on kit from walmart."

"My nails are pretty short so decided to get dip instead of a full set to allow my nails to grow without breaking. It's been LESS THAN A WEEK and three nails have came off my right hand and two off my left. They've been done so sloppy, theyre bumpy,horrible shape and not grinded down at the cuticles so when they grow out (if they'd even lasted that long) there'll be a huge gap. This is the 2nd time this has happened, requested my money back as it's been the 2nd time and they refused a refund!!!"

"Do not go here. Dip nails are flimsy and crack easily. Got this set done yesterday. Middle finger cracked this morning. I went back to get it fixed and the "repair" job is worse than if I just left it cracked!!! Horrible, all bumpy, crooked and jagged. Asked them to smooth it out and they said it was fine! This is not the first time. Just thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt (I was also in a hurry and couldn't wait at my usual salon) but this salon is horrible every single time you go here. I did stop the guy and ask questions about the dip since a base coat dip was never applied.. i was told he was a long time worker and was fine. I got a massage after and i swear it felt like he was aiming for my spine with his elbows. All down the center of my back is now sore. I will never go here again. Horrible place."
