"I went to Ulta looking for help due to struggling with acne and the worst reactative / sensitive skin. It got to the point I wouldn’t even get my mail from outside without makeup on from embarrassment. Moral of the story I met ERYN (if I spelt it wrong I apologize, I tried it sounds like Aaron). I will forever be grateful for her. She truly listened to me rant with all of my struggles, asked questions, was so beyond patient, took her time and didn’t just throw products at me and rush me along, I could tell she genuinely cares about helping people achieve what they are looking for. Everytime I go in she remembers me and takes her time to see how I’m doing with everything. She makes me want to just swing by the store just to say hi because she is like a ray of happiness and you can tell it’s genuine! My skin has never looked better and it’s all thanks to her caring and taking her time to hear my issues. I don’t think she realizes just how much she has changed my confidence and probably many others. I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve never met a worker that genuinely cares the way she does and I’m thankful I did. If she sees this thank you truly!"
