"WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I seen Juile for a hair cut. My hair was super long down past my breast and I wanted around 4 or 5 inches cut off. SHE CUT OFF DOUBLE WHAT I ASKED FOR!! I can barely put my hair up now! She took off at LEAST 10 INCHS of my hair when I asked for 4 or 5!! I cried myself to sleep. I feel like I have no hair anymore...its barley past my shoulders. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!"

"I came in to get a shoulder length bob-ish cut for my thick curly hair. I brought a photo of the style I wanted and the hairdresser got to work. She was talking to a regular while cutting my hair and looked at the picture only once. She had it cut very nicely, until she pulled out the razor and " thinned my hair" by cutting it up to my ears. The cut turned from great to pretty bad, good thing I don't mind short hair but I will never get a cut from here again. They seem to only be able to cut hair in one style."
