"I was at Ulta last night and I had the pleasure of meeting Cam. They were so helpful and nice!! I was clueless trying to find a foundation and they couldn't have been more helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me find foundation that I would be happy with instead of trying to sell me something that was overpriced, helped me color match with my skin, and even came back over to me to show me how the eyeliner they suggested won't rub off. I was extremely happy when I left and would recommend going to see Cam if you ever need help with cosmetics."

"Ulta has a tremendous selection of beauty products to fit every budget. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about their products. She even ordered my friend's favorite eyeshadow to be delivered in 2 days to her home address. The shadow was currently out of stock in-store. They also have an optional free membership where you can earn points towards future purchases."

"Mary Beth was very rude to my husband who went into the store to pickup my online order and some extra things I decided I needed. Customer service is extremely important in retail. I place that at the top of my list when choosing where to spend my money. My husband is not going to want to continue to pickup my orders on his way home from work if your employees (specifically Mary Beth) can not make him feel welcome and instead treat him as if he’s bothering you and you have better things to do. 3 stars only because the girls I talk to on the phone that put things on hold are so very nice basically the opposite of this Mary Beth woman. I’ve also experienced this with her in the past when I go in the store."
