"Worst place ever. Took two dogs in for Thanksgiving groom and boarding. I told them how I wanted them cut. They overbooked and put my standard poodle back in his cage (where he had an accident and they let him lie in it for hours). My mini poodle was the only dog groomed by shaving him down to the skin, which was definitely not how I instructed them. I went to pick them up and got one skinned dog and when I got the standard home he was covered with his accident and his dog bed was ruined and covered with poop. The owner loaded him in the car so I didn’t see it until I got home. He was never groomed at all or even washed down. Then they charged me twice for doing nothing, and I had the extra cost for a new bed and having my dog washed, and rugs cleaned. Totally unacceptable, so think before you go there. A total ripoff."
