She has groomed my dog (Rudy) (Mini Poodle) since I adopted him. Kaitlyn is very detailed and thorough with grooming. Her calm and kind personality relaxes my dog. My dog wags his tail when we drop him off for grooming at Roll Over. He knows that she is giving him a bath but is very excited and happy to visit Kaitlyn. "I can’t concisely say what an amazing groomer Kaitlyn is. I met Kaitlyn when my puppy was 2 months old and she gave me so much amazing advice on how to start desensitizing her at home for her first grooming appointment. When my dog Posie was 3 months old I dropped her off with Kaitlyn for her first “groom” — I was so scared! Kaitlyn told me beforehand that the first several grooms would just be to help Posie get comfy being groomed with lots of light handling and lots of treats. Posie seemed so at peace when I picked her up! Since she’s a Springer Spaniel, she’s got a loooot of grooms in her future, so Kaitlyn suggested bringing her in every 3-4 weeks those first few months for a bath, ear trim, sanitary trim, nail cut and blow out just to help her get used to things. By 6 months old, my dog was so comfortable going to Kaitlyn for groomings and I noticed a huge improvement in her compliance for home nail trims, brushing, and being handled at the vet. I know all of this is due to Kaitlyn’s patience and care when helping Posie get used to grooming and being handled by people other than me! Now at a little over a year old my Posie LOVES getting groomed at Kaitlyn’s. She doesn’t act nervous when I drop her off and practically jumps into Kaitlyn’s arms! Kaitlyn is so sweet and patient with all dogs — you can tell she truly loves and cares for animals and treats them with respect. Which is why I feel so comfortable taking my dog to her. That, and she is a very talented groomer! I also love that she has natural, less toxic/less scented options at her salon. Kaitlyn is also super knowledgeable about dog health, training and behavior. She’s given me so much amazing advice on dog care and has been the first to notice ear infections and yeast infections on my dogs paws so I feel extra good knowing how close attention she pays to my dog’s overall well-being. I am so grateful to have found Kaitlyn as a groomer. I truly don’t think there’s a better grooming salon when it comes to skill, knowledge, and empathy for your dog."

"Kaitlyn does an absolutely fabulous job grooming my dogs. I have 3 goldens that stay in show groom year round and not many groomers around here know how to do that! I use to do them myself all the time and it’s such a relief knowing I can trust her to groom them just how I want! All my girls love going there and they come out looking amazing!
