"Best Dentist and Staff Hands Down!!!! My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Carlo for decades and this review is long overdue! You will not find a more caring and professional Dentist in WNY. Not only is he amazing but his staff is amazing as well. When you walk into the office you are greeted at the reception area with a warm and friendly smile from Rosemary and made to feel right at home. Her caring nature and attentiveness to you is so welcoming. Everyone here makes you feel like you are part of their "Dental Family" Debbie and Paula are fantastic Dental Hygenists, super professional and thorough, they always let you know what they are doing and are gentle in thier approach to your teeth. I have had cleanings, fillings, crowns and root canals that have ALL been done with Dr. Carlo. The thing is, my husband and I have moved out of state and we still come back to visit family AND while we are here we schedule our cleanings with Dr. Carlo. (We moved out of state in 1995) and any time we need any work at all on our teeth we come back to Buffalo and get it done by Dr. Carlo. Now let's talk about this amazing one of a kind Dentist. Dr. Carlo makes you feel very at ease when he works on your teeth, he will ask you how you are doing throughout the procedure and make sure your are comfortable and pain free. He genuinely cares about his patients and thier well being. You always have his complete attention when you ask a question and he will always make time for his patients. There is not another Dentist I would trust mine, my husband or my families teeth with. I am forever grateful that I found Dr. Carlo those many years ago and am so happy he is still my Dentist. "I had an emergency tooth situation and no dentist. I was referred to Dr. Carlo by a co worker and they got me a same day appointment and took care of me like they knew me for years. I just went back again for my cleaning and had the best experience again. Dr. Carlo and his entire staff are so nice, compassionate, caring and really treat you like family! I was terrified of the dentist from bad past experiences and now I love going. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. I can only recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
