"My wife goes here and signed me up for my first dentist appointment in 10 years. First thing you notice is it doesn’t feel like a dentist office. It’s an experience, instead of buzzing doctor’s office lights, you hear spa like music in the background with art from the local schools to brighten up what can be a depressing day for some. Great environment to be in. From the intro/tour to the cleaning and consult, everyone you encounter from the receptionist(whose name I didn’t catch), Mary, Marissa, Caroline, and Dr Jammal. Can’t praise the environment, staff, and work enough. A lot of places you go there’s usually good service and mediocre product or a good product and mediocre service. BGD is great across the board. They sold me in coming in twice a year instead of once a decade. Overall top notch"

"Dr Jammal is an amazing dentist very personable and knowledgeable! He’s always goes above and beyond to make my smile perfect. When I was younger I chipped my front tooth pretty bad. Ive tried multiple dentists, but it would continuously chip so easily all the time. I was recommended to Dr Jammal and it has not chipped since he fixed it. In fact it’s been many years! He was also extremely accommodating when my mother broke her veneer. He got her in instantly. My whole family now goes to him regularly. Highly recommend!"

The whole staff is incredible and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and I would recommend Buffalo General Dentistry to any and everyone. Every step and process is very smooth and the office itself is impeccably clean and organized. Usually going to the dentist is very dreadful and not something you’re looking forward to, coming here will definitely change that perspective. Great experience and amazing people."

"Dr. Jammal is an exceptional dentist. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. My procedure that could have been very difficult, was a breeze with his patience and skill. The office is clean, filled with the latest and greatest equipment. I actually think the machine that gave me an x-ray played music in addition to giving directions. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. It is so hard to find a good doctor/dentist that you can trust and feel confident with but I am thrilled to have found my new dentist! Honestly I usually do not do reviews but he is that good! Now I need to make an appointment for my husband and daughter."
