I had a time I didn’t think I could keep going with my treatments and the nurses all rallied around and filled me with words of encouragement. That was a few years ago and I’m still going strong! Nothing but love for these ladies!"

"Called the office today to get the follow up appointment for my moms blood work because at the time of her treatment no one told me and we tried to set this up 3 weeks prior but they were having trouble with their system so we were not able to. The lady at the last window and I only know this due her telling me, told me this appointment had been set since September 13 which is funny because when we were there on September 18,19, and 20th no one informed me and it’s imperative I know since I’m the one who takes her and my work schedule needs to be adjusted. We tried to set this up on August 30th which was the last day that week for her treatment and their system or someone wasn’t available to set the appointment and they told me they could set it at another time no worries. The lady today told me that she doesn’t know how they didn’t tell me or how it wasn’t on my sheet but it’s been set. Didn’t ask me if it worked for me but got an attitude for sure after I told her it’s important I know since I bring her. She responds with well I can get you the manager. The manager there is super nice and we have a great relationship and fyi I wasn’t being rude she was the one being rude telling me she always calls her customers and again she doesn’t know how I couldn’t have known. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with someone at the window with check in or check out. Check out takes forever too, you know after chemo treatments patients do not want to sit there and wait 30 or more minutes to be checked out. Also, patients as well as their family members are going through a hard time and should be shown grace and empathy, not disrespect and attitude. I didn’t need to know she always calls her customers, I needed her to ask me if the appointment time was ok or if we need to change it and since it’s for blood work and it’s supposed to be fast then it really shouldn’t matter when we come unless it’s going to be an hour and a half like time. Shouldn’t be the case either. Do better please."

"I hope some day they will have a LOG-IN added to their portal ! - gosh get with the times - so us clients that have been with then for over 20 years will be able to receive our files and reports instead of their consistent recording where they have a multi-day poor response time to get back in touch with us. There doesn't appear to be a internal communication channel between the Doctor staff and the Lab staff - this could threaten your own health and well being (besides the normal consistency of patient to doctor relationship)."
