"I would rate this place zero stars if I could- y’all need to stop looking in the files & not listening to what the person wants- just because they got something once doesn’t mean do it again- my boyfriend came in literally just a little bit ago & asked for JUST A TRIM- him & his father have the same name, the lady looked up the wrong file- he repeated he just wanted a trim MULTIPLE TIME , the lady grabbed the buzzer & shaved right down the middle of his head stating that’s what the file said which once again doesn’t make sense do y’all not listen?? obviously my boyfriend freaked out bc that wouldn’t even make sense to do even getting the wrong file details when he stated HE JUST WANTED A TRIM. Never coming back here & making sure I tell everyone yous have inexperienced salon staff. & I hope that girl learned her lesson bc that was just disgusting. Nothing can be done to rectify the situation but now his self esteem is gonna be down , he’s so embarrassed & I don’t blame him"
