"A good surgeon. However, you HAVE to constantly call the office or speak to him personally to get paperwork signed and faxed to insurance companies. Had to go back to work a week early because my FMLA papers ( that he's had for almost 2 weeks) we're not filled out, signed, and faxed to my insurance company. And I was NOT about to loose my job because of it. Documentatio was not sent to my health insurance company providing proof that I had to stay and extra day in the hospital so now my insurance is NOT covering that day! Now I'm stuck with the headache of filing an appeal. I'm so mad I could scream!!!"
