"This hospital at one time would have been a 5 stars, but not anymore. The registration lady was nice, and they took my mother in law back almost right away. And that is where the stars stop. The hospital is dirty. The patient rooms have stuff all over the walls and the floor stuff everywhere. The chair in the room has what looked like dried mucus of some sort on it. They put her in the room and pulled the curtain. There was no information on the board. No doctor or nurses. No custodian. When we arrived at the hospital, we were blessed that the emergency room was empty. When we decided to leave and said we would just go home, surprisingly, the doctor (no name) came in and asked a few questions, and that was it. She didn't order any tests or labs. The insurance they have charges charges $90 just to be seen at a hospital, and she couldn't even get her temperature in triage. Bet she gets that bill, tho. The last couple of years, this place has continously went down hill. They don't care about patient care. Only paperwork and commission. Thank you to the registration/reception window lady who worked the night shift. She was absolutely a sweet heart and the most helpful. I do not recommend this hospital. If you have a way and a choice choose somewhere besides The old Grace Hospital. (Only speaking of the er. )"
"Had an ultrasound today. The young lady, Gracie, that did mine was so sweet and gentle."
"Had to take my son in for an injury. They were very quick to get us in and out."
"I wish Grace Hospital would open their gift store on Saturday and Sunday's. Even if for only 3 hours a day on weekends. Never know if you'll need flowers or what ever. Other than that it's a nice place.. People are helpful and they take good care.of ya."
"My husband had surgery this morning and said so far his care has been excellent!"
