"Terrible service! Was not willing to assist me with my Wells Fargo credit card fraud issue at all! After this is cleared up I will end my service with Wells fargo."
"Worst bank experience I ever had. The teller and manager treated me like a criminal. I tried to cash a check from the NC lottery after winning 5k on a scratch off ticket. I gave them proper identification but being that I didn't want to deposit the check in my account with them they gave me trouble. They wanted me to give an explanation why I didn't want to deposit it in their bank. I told them I wanted to deposit it in another bank which made them feel some type of way. I then received a smart remark saying want you take it to them and let them cash it then. I told her because my other bank is a local credit union in the state I live. The lottery place sent me to this bank because it's where they bank. I'm a truck driver passing through and wanted to cashed in before leaving the state. They gave me the run around making me proving my account information with them, my last purchase from my wells Fargo account, my mailing address/physical address they have on file, what other bank I have connected to my account with them, multiple ID was provided. After proving everything they told me my CDL was not a real state identification saying it was fake. The same ID that was just ran through at the lottery office and IRS to prove my identification 2 miles down the street, the same ID I used to start my account with them 5 years ago. I have direct deposit from my employer and good money is deposit in their bank every week but after this I will be looking for another primary bank."
"My income is largely cash with mostly ones from tip. I never had a problem going through a drive-thru but this particular location always gives me a hard time the few times I’ve been here. They always ask me why I don’t use the atm to deposit my cash. Well let tell you now why: I am a woman and I have at least 4K worth of cash in 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. Do you know how long that will take for me to deposit 30 bills at a time and each time I have to wait for my card to be returned then insert it again and re-enter my pin?! I do not feel safe to stand outside with that much cash for that long doing their job. Today the guy at the drive-thru told me to go inside if I had that much cash to deposit and the drive thru is for quick transaction. Well, sorrrry. I really thought the drive-thru was like going inside but you stay in your car. If the drive thru was like a atm then just add additional atms and 86 the drive thru all together. Honestly, I had on dirty work clothes and didn’t want to go in so I opt for the drive thru. Even when I go inside the bank, they still ask me why don’t I use the atm. I’m never coming back to this location and if Wellsfargo continue to treat their customers this way, it would not be a hassle to change bank at this moment. If a manager want to contact me, I’m 100% willing to rant to them. The main reason I bank at Wellsfargo because of their customer service so this was extremely disappointing."
"Terrible experience here talked with a representative didn’t want to spend the time and sit down with me pushed me off to the teller when the teller couldn’t help me. Once I receive my next paycheck I’m withdrawing all my savings and going to a new bank. Sick and tired of Wells Fargo and these junky run down branches."
"Frustrated with this bank because they seem to find any way possible to hit you with overdraft fees. However, I've been into this store twice and both times have received excellent customer service. I spoke with Porsche today and she was very proffessional and helpful."
