"Best Buy is the "best"! I pulled into a designated parking spot to pick up my item ordered on their website. I let them know that I was there, and within 5 minutes, they brought out my purchase and placed it in my car! Wonderful!"

"I was having issues for the longest time now trying to access my Best Buy account online, I decided on 10-31-23 to drive 35 minutes away to the nearest store in Wilmington to see if an employee could help me identify the issue in person, I Brought my laptop and all my information to the customer service representative desk where I spoke to a young man who told me to dial a number I previously had ZERO luck with just days beforehand. When i asked to speak to a supervisor at their store I was turned away and continued to be referred to this 1 (888) number, A line was starting behind me so I decided to compromise and sit in my car on the phone for PRECISELY 58 MINUTES! I spoke to 3 different reps (in which all struggled with speaking English so there was a HUGE communication barrier) I am extremely dissatisfied with how the employees from 4pm to 6pm at this Best Buy location handled my dilemma with my credit & online banking. Do better, I spend thousands of dollars with this company and I expect WAY better treatment than the kind I received today not a nonchalant and hands-off attitude that they exert. I will be contacting HQ"

"I had a micro crack in the screen. Bestbuy in error told me my tablet was still under warranty. The screen still worked as we as the touch function. The only way you would see the crack is if you were holding the tablet at an angle. After a couple of weeks they called and said that they were wrong that the tablet wasn't under warranty and they made a big mistake. I thought no big deal, the tbalet runs great and you can barely see the crack. I go to pick up the tablet and this is how they returned it. They damaged it so badly it no longer works because they #bestbuy shattered the screen. THEN THEY TELL ME THEY QILL NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKE AND WOULD SELL ME ANOTHER TABLET AT DISCOUNT. Ps. The crack wasn't even on the bottom part of the screen."
