"Awful experience. Called and made an appt. Arrived a few mins before appt. All started fine. As normal the party was divided up. My daughter was half way through her process when they told her to sit and wait else where, the color I picked out was not the color they put in my nails, asked for a different color and instantly could tell that they started talking loudly about me in their own language, told me to get out of the chair and a different person finished my daughters nails while I picked a color. She cut my daughter twice and her nails were very thick and lumpy. (She for dip powered). She then put me back in the chair and cut me once. We went on Saturday and today is Wednesday of the same week and both mine and my daughters nails are already chipping. The coverage did not include the entirety of the nail and one of mine has a bubble in it that I didn’t notice until after we left. Just very disappointed with the entire process. I’d rather drive a little farther for better quality."
