"I have so much to say. I stopped in impulsively wanting highlights. Anisa sat me down and asked many questions about the color of my natural hair, what exact color I have been dying it lately and asked me to explain in detail with a picture of what I wanted. She asked my permission to test a small amount of hair to ensure the look worked for me. It did and I have never been so happy with my hair. The three ladies working had positive attitudes and were so caring. I definitely had a great experience. Thank you!"

"Amazing service!! We live in the NNY area. My daughter wanted to have her hair highlighted purple. I had booked a salon appointment a couple of weeks ago in our local area. However, when we arrived at the salon, the stylist told us that my daughter's hair was too black, they didn't have any purple color in stock, and she wouldn't be able to finish the job before her next customer arrived. As a result, she denied us and asked us to reschedule our appointment. Unfortunately, we were leaving on vacation in two days, and all other salons in our area were booked for the next week. My daughter was very sad and disappointed. So, my husband suggested that we try to book an appointment in Syracuse. We were thrilled to find an available appointment the next day at Fantastic Look, and the stylists there did a fantastic job! They communicated with us to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted, and my daughter and I both love the final result. We highly recommend them!"
