"If there was less than one star I'd choose it. This "dentist" commits insurance fraud by billing for services he didn't render. I know this because I questioned a charge on my bill, but it was unfortunately after I endorsed the insurance check over to his clueless receptionist who has no concept of HIPAA (older woman named Kathy I believe, who likes to discuss your file across the small waiting room with other patients present). I questioned the charge of an x-ray that I definitely did not have done (in August) and when I disputed it, was told that they were doing me a favor because I "actually had it done in January but was not eligible" (false) so they billed for it in August. My sons insurance was also billed for an x-ray that did not happen. When I asked how this could happen, Kathy said "I have no clue- the doctor does his own billing" - DING DING DING. Red flag?!?! I am in the medical field and have never known a doctor to do his own billing, (unless of course he is trying to commit fraud.) On another occasion, he treated my daughter and other patients while he had a active case of Shingles- was informed of this by Kathy (remember- she has no concept of HIPAA?) I still have yet to have them respond to my dispute of $122 - they are ignoring me and claiming ignorance. Beware if you choose this dentist. Be adamant about checking your explanation of benefits or bills from him."

"Beware!! And read as he has done this to another patient. Run from this man. He is a crook and a complete liar!! Should not be in business.Also failed to tell me he was out of network and billed me for everything he possibly could!! The has he nerve to say its the patients job to look into their own insurance? What Doctor fails to tell a patient they are out of network!! Plus he does not bill honestly. Lies. Very crooked and sneaky. This man is an arrogant you know what and should not be in business!"

"**BEWARE** please always check your dental eligibility before going there because I was scam for $122 out of pocket for something the receptionist could not check . I went in there as a new patient to get my 6month cleaning and the receptionist did not check my eligibility and I was billed for a paranormic X-ray that I was not eligible for . The receptionist could of check my eligibility either from a portal, IVR or call my insurance I guess from what she said “ they don’t check” so I called multiple times to have this issue resolve and I feel like they can not help me with this issue so I went there to possibly to “talk” to the dentist which I waited for almost an hour and nothing got resolved so I just payed my bill and left ! I feel like it’s their job to check your dental eligibility before doing any services so that way patients like me don’t pay out of pocket for something that are not eligible.I called 4 times in a row and the receptionist keeps saying I’ll pass the not to the doctor but the doctor never called . I’m very disappointed. I went because of the 5star rating but it’s not always true with the ratings. I gave multiple referrals to my friends to go there but what they did to me is wrong ."
