"If you are considering this dentist please consider another and read the reviews as I wish more than anything I did I just went through a very long processes of getting a crown put on its November this process started in august I ended up needing a root canal in between I was never imformed of the work that was being done and that it was a major procedure and I was screamed at by the dentist sat in my chair and cried while he did horrible work and then had to go back unfortunately to let him finish the job which was completed today and I am so incredibly unsatisfied with the work he lied to my face today telling me it’s ok if my bottom tooth knocks into the crown and to avoid another confrontation I just went with it and called other dentist please save your sell the heartache his work was the biggest regret in my life"

"So I’m only giving 2 stars because my hygienist was great. But the office is dull and not welcoming. The receptionist is unprofessional and rude! The Dr was so rough, didn’t talk to me, I didn’t even know I was done with my appt because he just walked out of the room and left me laying there! I got one cavity filled and my jaw is so sore even after 2 weeks, and I can’t floss between where he did the filling. Would not recommend at all"

"Called as a new patient and they got me in the next day. I had to bring my very well behaved 3 year old with me and the receptionist greeted us and then had me fill out paperwork. After waiting for twenty minutes the receptionist asked my child, not me if she would feel comfortable sitting in the waiting room alone. I said no that I didn't feel comfortable leaving her alone and she responded with "well we aren't babysitters but we will check on her once in a while" I asked why she could not be in the room with me and she said there wasn't enough room. So then we walked down the hall to the room that had MORE than enough room for my small 3 year old to sit in and I said she could just sit in the corner she then proceeded to tell me the hygienist would be sliding back and forth on her chair and doesn't want to hurt her so I'd have to reschedule if I didn't want to leave my THREE YEAR old girl in a waiting room next to a door opened to the public with no eyes on her. Yeah, no thanks."

"Never in my adult life had I been talked and treated as I was today in this very unprofessional dental office. The front desk girl is extremely rude! Rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth all because I had new insurance. I called her out on her attitude and asked to speak with the office manager who was coincidentally sitting right beside her and heard the entire interaction. Her response was that the girl was going above and beyond for me to verify my insurance! Like what? After she dialed a fake number or put in my incorrect info, she claimed I did not have active coverage, which was a complete lie! I pulled it up on my phone and they refused to accept and not only that, they refused to see me since I was now “past my appointment time”! I was very upset leaving this office as I drove all the way from work (I am an RN) and took time off without pay for this routine dental cleaning! Needless to say, after leaving I had my insurance fax confirmation of coverage which I had retrieved on my ride back to work. They clearly did not do their jobs! The “office manager” and receptionist are both very unprofessional and rude! They are probably mother and daughter and neither one of the finished the 8th grade! (My opinion) I would NEVER be seen in this office again! What a joke…DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!"
