"should be ashamed of themselves. They do not make appointments in advance "oh we will call you before the 6 months are up" yet they never have for me or my children. I am always stuck calling and then we don't get in until we are 8-9 months since out last appointment."

"I called to make an appointment on 2/27/23. My ear hurt and sore throat I get strep all the time. They wanted to do a virtual first then an appointment said I had Covid symptoms. Is that all there is now Covid you can't have anything else. So they want to bill me twice for one problem. When I said that I wasn't going to do a virtual he hung up on me."

"I wish I could rate the nurses, doctors and staff separately from the communication system used by Finger Lakes Community Health. The employees deserve 5 stars plus, especially Dr. Long. Her service, attention to detail, bedside manner and overall care is AMAZING. ----IF--- you are able to get through to schedule an appointment, ask a question, refill a prescription, etc. I have spent countless hours waiting on hold only to have to hang up because I work and my lunch or break is over. I was excited about the option for a return call from the system, however that has only worked once for me. I just don't understand... you have fabulous providers, a wonderful new facility, yet your communication system is absolutely unacceptable."
