"My nails turned out nice but it's only been a week and my pinky nail popped off. Did not break, but the whole nail popped off. How do u explain that"

"The place needs a good cleaning. Not handicapped accessible. Technician did not take off all old polish after requesting several times. Polish was old they had to remove it and reapply newer polish."

"Family just went here and worst experience at a nail salon in a while. I hate more than anything a crooked nail that thier excuse is your finger is crooked. I have got them done before and it has been straight every other time. I got attacked by flys sitting in the reception area. I had a blank spot in my nail and she painted over instead of redipping it. After painting, it dried a completely different color and then she had the receptionist fix it instead of fixing herself. (I beleive she was the owner). I wish the receptionist would have done them all along she did a better job. My grandmother had them move straight from someone else to her and start using the same tools without disinfecring them on her. They told my mom they had no one in the entire salon that could do a design on her toes. They had paint everywhere on my mom's feet from her pedicure. 0/10 would not recommend."

"Love this place my nails always turn out great! But if you ever are looking for a 100% manicure you're not going to get one they rush you in and out! I have to hand it to them I started out with no nails at all I mean right down into the skin, and now after 4 and 1/2 months of artificial acrylic nails I have my own beautiful nails. Thank you very much natural nails."
