"Today was our first visit and I’m so impressed! Admittedly, I was nervous, but the staff and groomer were very helpful. Our groomer now and forever will be Wilmer! He did a beautiful job and it was so quick. About 2 hrs after drop off, Moose was ready! We got a length of “1” with a teddy bear head, if you’re curious what to order up for this look! So glad to have found our new groomer in our new home on the first try! ❤️"

"My dog has been groomed for 10 years + by the same sweet lady so I was nervous to try a new place since we moved. After reading multiple reviews of businesses in the area, I decided to try Razzle Dazzle. I was surprised to see a crew of Spanish speaking *men* working behind the counter. Very little English was spoken, the front desk man spoke English but the groomer that took my dog and brought her back did not speak English. Communicating the type of cut I wanted was an issue. While checking in, I heard multiple whimpers and cries from dogs that were getting groomed. I had a bad feeling from the beginning and when I picked up my sweet little Maltepoo, I found this GASH on the pad of her paw. You have to pay and tip before you see your dog. Interesting. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and the fact that nobody communicated the paw injury to me at all. I noticed as we were driving home that she was licking it. There are multiple signs saying if you hurry and book your 2nd appointment you get a discount. Interesting. I will *never* go back here."
