"Multiple times I have been ignored by associates (especially the store manager) during shopping visits at this location. I generally walk out without saying anything. Today, after spending half an hour in aquatics with no acknowledgement, I approached the store manager and asked for help. She paged for help over the intercom multiple times to no avail, but never offered help herself. I gave it about ten minutes after the second intercom page before walking out. She made direct eye contact with me on my way out, again offering neither help nor apology. She was not busy with any other customers at the time, and it would not have killed her to set her order gun down for 5 minutes to make $100 dollar fish sale."

"Went in for my second crested gecko and it looked like they hadn’t taken care of them for days. One of them will loose their tail due to stuck shed no one helped them with removing. Once taking my new crested home she licked water up like she hadn’t had some in days. The food and water was disgusting too, no wonder they didn’t drink from it. Also had to do a scavenger hunt to find someone to assist us. Do better. Update- it’s been three months and the same geckos are in the tank. In this picture you can clearly see the tail issue I was talking about. The water and food conditions have not changed. The food was almost completely hard from sitting out. And not that you care, the humidity was at 30% which you should be well aware is too low since you advertise it on your take home guides. Your heat was at 85 which is well over the line of fatal for them with such low humidity. Do better. I’m begging you. Your turtle needs help too. The entire time i was in your store he was slamming against the window"

"Took our Aussie for a grooming appt. This is his 4th groomer and the only time we felt he genuinely got groomed. Rachel came out greeted me and my pup and sat down on the ground with me to get Charlie (my pup) comfortable with her. Then he gave me some visuals and waked through each section of his fluff to discuss the length of the cut for each area. Rachel took the time to go over everything with me and Charlie is looking more handsome than ever. I highly recommend Rachel for grooming!"

"I came into the store at 5 minutes until closing because I drove strait there from work. I was treated so well. I was able to get a hamster and a small temporary enclosure. Even though it was closing time I was treated with the same friendliness as if I was the first customer of the day. Thank you."

"Petco located in the Carolina Promenade at the Reserve is a great chain pet store!! Lots of stock, quite a variety of pet offerings from Dogs/Cats/Reptiles and Fish - something for everyone. Their employees are friendly and helpful and the operating hours are very good. Store was clean!!"
