"Update: the receptionist called me and hour before my appt and said it was given to someone else. And also couldn't give me a date for another appt even though I've been waiting 2.5 months for this appt. So needless to say I will be going somewhere else. I love Dr. Attisha he is amazing. The only complaint I have is I have had an appt for 2 months and on Friday I got a voicemail that I had to pay a deposit which I never nee about. So I called customer service which basically could tell me nothing and I explained to him that my teeth are hurting and how I already took time off work and how my ride did as well. so I never heard anything so I called today and he was like I'm emailing the surgeon. And I asked if he explained the situation to the surgeon..and he said he was and would call me back by the end of the day but he didn't I called again and left another voicemail pretty much saying this was ridiculous and that I will be begging the surgery."

"So polite and friendly. I didn't have to wair that long for an appointment, about a month. It was a s Quick peocess, didn't wait too long in waiting room. There's plenty of parking out back. And the dentist was really good, kind, and gentle. The place is very clean and does offer sedation for teeth pulling. The office is in a building with several other businesses in the same building"

"Team was great. Got all the way up to scheduling my daughter for oral surgery then heard nothing. Called the office.. and all of a sudden, "we no longer take that insurance". Ok, you couldn't tell us that prior. Or transfer her!"

"very rude, i called to have a extremely infected tooth pulled as they are really only ones that accept Fidelis nys insurance in our area. i was told i needed a referral so i go to er to get one as it was making me extremely ill, the er doctor was more than helpful agreed need to be removed immediately. i call back with a referral and was told by same worker i now needed on from a dentist, well how can i do that if i cant get a dentist to see me. She was rude and really just didn't want to be bothered or help"
