"I had been a regular customer at the CVS in Davidson, NC for about 15 years. Never had a problem. The staff in the merchandise are was so thoughtful and helpful. The pharmacy staff were excellent. About eighteen months ago I moved to Denver, NC. I moved my prescriptions to CVS in Denver. HUGE mistake. I have waited for someone in the pharmacy to answer their phone up to forty minutes. I hang up extremely aggravated. Sometimes when they do answer the phone, it is awful. I have literally been screamed at because I asked a question about my prescription. I finally decided to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy. They were not cooperative at all. They finally sent three prescriptions to them. The problem is I have eight prescriptions I fill regularly. This morning I got a a text message from CVS stating they had four prescriptions ready to pick up. Once again I foolishly tried to contact them. My biggest concern is for others. They might fill the wrong medicine for them. They need to close the store, hire new employees and start over."

"Hands down the most rude pharmacist and pharmacy workers I’ve ever dealt with repeatedly. It doesn’t matter if your calling in or driving thru, your going to catch an attitude as your initial interaction from one of the employees who work in the pharmacy. They have messed up my account multiple times, getting my prescriptions on different schedules, billed insurance that was over 4 years old after I had given them updated coverage each time they asked, and I can’t count the times I’ve had to wait days for the them to fill a simple prescription. Honestly it’s ridiculous that nothings been done about this type of service and it’s been allowed to go on for so long. I understand being busy, but kindness is free."
