"Found the friendliness of the staff very badly. traineing in customer helpfulness very poor. They are good at pointing and customer service desk not able to explain much. Actually they wouldn't know product procedures .your management team needs to take lessons from publics. They are much better trained."

"Me and my friends came to this store looking for snacks for my friends birthday party and were harassed by all of the employees (specifically GINA JENKINS), we were in the store for a good 5 minutes when we were cornered by over 6 employees. They accused me and my friends of shoplifting and held us in the store for 30 MINUTES after we emptied our bags proving we didn’t steal. The managers then made another employee stand guard to make sure we didn’t leave, finally one manager said “cut them loose” and we were kicked out of the store. These workers decided to sit in their offices and hide their faces after they were proved wrong. Our families have shopped at this store for over 15 years and it is disgraceful to see what it has become."

"This location consistently provides poor quality produce via Food Lion To-Go. We have received several orders where the use by date was the day of or already passed. And today, I opened up Food Lion’s private brand, taste of inspirations, grated Parmesan and it was molded. Even when the date is good, we’ve had issues with the quality being on par with other locations."
