"Since my daughter began sessions at Bowman Family Services, she has shown growth and improvement in several key areas. She is also expressed whenever I ask her, that she enjoys her sessions with Mrs. Ruth. That being said, I do not know how much of that improvement can be attributed to these counseling services rather than her regular schooling and just general growth. As a father sharing 'equal' joint custody of my daughter, I am not regularly communicated with about my daughter's progress, and am only updated when making direct inquiry. It is not automatic. Billing, however, is automatic and leaves me feeling like I'm just supposed to 'be quiet and pay the bill'."
