"Server was pleasant. Ordered dip appetizer delivered way late along with bread. Then the meals were delivered with no garnish or style. It was like they threw the food on a plate. No visual appeal. For the money, I expect more. The steak was nothing special. Not going back."

"This was a big disappointment. The prices are far, far overblown for the actual food and service that you receive. Even though the place was nearly empty, it took over an hour to receive our food and the servers seems to have a hard time getting our orders correct. Then they blamed each other or blamed the kitchen for the mistakes. It’s hard to believe that they can serve such subpar food in good conscience. All the meat was over cooked and dry - we weren’t asked how we wanted it cooked. The appetizers, sides, and cocktails weren’t that great either. The menu and website make it look good, but it’s not. I just genuinely don’t want anyone else to have this experience."

"Stayed at the Marriott for Wrestlecade 2023 and had dinner here the first night. It was very busy with so many people in town but we only had a short wait to be seated and service was reasonable considering the crowd. We tried The Butchers Board and Lobster Artichoke dip for appetizers. The butcher board was absolutely delicious, only wish it had a little more food with it. The lobster dip was also delicious both dishes had a fancy feel. Main course was The Butchers Burger and it was incredible! So juicy and cooked to perfection. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it, whoops. I loved everything about the meal and hope to go back next time I'm in town."

"I recently was in Winston for a convention, and stayed at the Marriott. I had dinner at Butcher & Bull since they are in the same building, and it may have been one of the best steaks I've had. I was alone so I sat at the bar and was quickly waited on by both staff members behind the bar. My food came out and it was delicious. I would encourage people to give this place a try, it will be worth it."

"I had a $40 voucher for staying at the Marriott to eat here for breakfast. I ordered the All American classic and it was supposed to come with coffee and juice but for some reason the server didn't give any of that to me. I ordered a latte on the side so I wasn't sure if it was charged extra since I had a voucher. Do yourself a favor and skip the all American classic dish. It was not good and tasted like fast food. My colleague got the Belgian waffle and it looked pretty good."
