"Rating is based on the automated system not the store itself. **Denton and the staff are awesome and provide great quality food products and amazing customer service.** However, an error was made on my last order, and I made the mistake of using the online system to resolve this issue. I was given a free pizza but was not aware it had to be delivery, which incurred a new fee and a minimum order amount. I just wanted to pick up my free pizza on my way home. I kept receiving errors trying to redeem the pizza even when willing to pay the delivery fee. I called and reached the automated service, but kept looping back to an automated agent. I finally reached Ricardo after 4loops and he connected me to the store. Denton immediately apologized, empathized with my frustration, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He allowed me to pick up my pizza on the way home so my daughter and her friends could enjoy their play date. Thank you Denton and Staff!!! You guys rock!!"

"Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Using the tracker it said it was delivered but wasn't. Went outside and looked all around, nothing was here so called store. Finally got thru to someone and was told driver was in an accident and someone else would bring it. Twenty minutes later a driver showed up and below is what I received. The thin crust pizza was thrown all over the box and burned. Husband called store, was put on hold for twenty minutes, no one answered. This is absolutely the worst store. Have had a few bad experiences with this location but this is the worst. Would rather drive to a different location and pick it up, will never order from here again."

"Cold food both times I've ordered in the last week or so, the tracker is not correct at all along with their delivery times.look forward to a 1 hour and half wait and that's if you're lucky. Forgot both sauces for my food."
