"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After doing our tax returns we had to schedule a follow up meeting with them via Zoom (which they told us would cost $200) to discuss several very important items that needed to be addressed. My husband and I had to take time off of work as well as schedule care for our 5 month old and after waiting in the zoom lobby with no response, they called 17 minutes after our meeting was supposed to start and said they were sorry but they needed to reschedule due to other individual tax returns they were working on. The meeting was scheduled almost a week in advance and they never bothered to reach out about it to reschedule. Go anywhere else but here. Awful experience. We also had to follow up with them just to get our tax returns done. When we did follow up they asked us questions that we had already fully answered so we had to send it again. Not organized and doesn't communicate well."
