"The gentleman is professional and very intelligent!!!"
"This man FERNANDO GOMEZ charges $15 dollars to notarize. When told wow! How can you charge that if the bank makes it FREE and the maximum that can be charged is $5 in the state of NC. He didn't want to notarize the title because he got angry. Bad service and bad ethics. I don't know how people can go to this man to do their taxes. Be careful or go somewhere else. I went to another notary and he charged me $5 even though it was Sunday. Notary fees in many states max out at $10 per signature. These states include Florida, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota and Washington. Many other states have set the maximum price that can be charged at $5. These states include Alabama, Connecticut, Mississippi, North Carolina and Wisconsin."
