"Sugar my mini dachshund had been there before no issues. This time she was the first appointment and first to arrive. The manager said there were four booked for the same groomer at the same time. I called after she had been there three hours and they said another hour. When I picked her up she had been bathed the hair cut consisted of her legs and belly trimmed. They did not trim her nails. I paid 66 dollars tip included for a bath. Never again."
