"Not only did I get the worst set of acrylic nails done at Royal Nails, but when I came back the owner was very rude and nasty about taking them off and getting a refund. I was denied a refund and told I would have to pay extra to get them taken off. All of the polish was uneven and thick, and the tips all pointed upward, pulling my nails with them. I would not ever recommend this place to anybody I knew."
"Whole place was weird vibes, I called at 10:52 am to make an appointment and she said her next one was 11am, I was weird but ok, took her total 20minutes to do my nails, the shape isn’t great, didn’t do the underneath, just a lot of imperfections, she didn’t have me wash my hands after filing, she filed them again AFTER the polish was dry, idk it was just weird not going back"
"I made an appt and they saw me right away. The manicure was nice and the atmosphere was calming. If I were being nit picky I would say it could be cleaner but it’s definitely a stretch for sure. The girl did a lovely job on my nails and I’d go back for sure."
"Walk-in, lady wasn't fazed when I said I wanted three different polishes for my manicure. Very quick but not rushed at all, just efficient. Hand massage at the end felt great. Will definitely be back!"
